Prescription Refill Policy

Our standard prescription turnaround time is 24 to 72 hours. Please submit all refill requests early—ideally 7 days before your pet runs out of medication.

Factors that may affect processing time:

  1. The request is for a new prescription or expired refill
  2. Your veterinarian is unavailable or requires a follow-up exam
  3. The medication is special-order or compounded
  4. You’ve requested the prescription to be sent to an external pharmacy

All prescriptions must be reviewed and approved by a veterinarian to ensure the correct dosage and ongoing appropriateness for your pet.
